2257 question
 

I was looking for at the extempt dates on record keeping and found a date of November 1 1990 for the new version of 2257, but then I found documents that said July 3 1995 like the old one, which is it? :helpme

Technically it would be the old one. They admitted fault with the new proposed one.

Is there any chance that the original draft with the date November 1 1990 would pass?
