Best Digital Camera for $300-$400?
 

What's the best digital camera for $300-$400? If possible, what's the best that some place like Best Buy will carry. I want one today.

Have to be more specific. If you want a very handy point and shoot with great video also, I recommend the nikon coolpix s1 and its around 199.99 at bestbuy now. Was 450.00 when I bought it last year. I like this one, fits in you pocket and it has manual fuctions. It costs around $300.00 in the states it's a great little camera. :thumbsup

It takes some decent pictures.
Here is a pic I took of an owl at the zoo yesterday, this was through a wire cage at around 7x digital zoom, I think it looks ok, although I did resize the pic to 800 x 600 from 2576 x 1932.

and read the reviews, many are "bait and switch" scam ...

cybershot T5 is the best camera for that price imho
