What's funny, the complete lack of respect for jesus and america or the fact that comedy central was willing to censor one religion (mohammed), while showing jesus getting crapped on?

they actually censored it, they decided a few weeks before it would air that they wouldn't show mohammed

Southpark is just using this episode to make fun of comedy central because it didn't air the "In the closet" episode, that made fun of Scientology and Tom Cruise, a few weeks ago. Comedy central pulled the episode because, supposedly, Tom Cruise threatened not to do any PR for Mission Impossible 3 if they did (Comedy Central and the studio that made MI3 belong to the same company).

They used family guy and Fox network as a metaphor for Comedy central.

It was a very very funny episode. And Mohammed's image was never shown, that was part of the joke.

Christians have done waaaaaaaaaay more shitty things than the Muslims ever have.

Some examples are:
1) The crusades
2) Destroying Native North American culture. (I'm half Mi'qmaq)
3) Exterminating the jews.
4) Sodomizing numerous alter boys.
