haha its true, there is no SSL lock

Super basic = A host and Frontpage extensions.
Basic = A host that has an SSL cert and frontpage extensions.
Basic++ = A host that has an SSL cert and a free script off the web to collect submitted form data to a DB.
Basic+++ = SSL cert, script to collect data in a DB, interfaces to access that data, protection of that data, etc.

etc, etc, etc.

Basically, it should be pretty cheap. I'd say about $50,000. That's peanuts for shit like that.
