Moving is a bitch!

Getting ready to move from San Diego back to LA first of May - been packing boxes all day. This shit is hard work :Oh crap

Looking forward to getting back to LA and being closer to the action. All my shoots are done there and it was beginning to be a real pain in the ass driving to LA each week to shoot. Moving is a bitch

Yeah, rat packs sucks.

Had to move my friend who is an English teacher. The fucking books weight a ton in a small box.

Hey Mikey, you ready to help me move man? :1orglaugh

Guys...Mikey is my 1st assistant - he's the man with the plan - he's the man that keeps me on track, on schedule and on budget. He knows all my secrets and in fact...help me invent some of them. Don't be asking him to spill the beans...he's sworn to secrecy :thumbsup

:winkwink:

BannerDept 04-22-2006 11:46 PM

I've had my share of moving, hoping not to do it for awhile

Barefootsies 04-22-2006 11:51 PM

I can't stand moving.

I always take a week beforehand to sort through EVERYTHING before packing it. I end up throwing 30% of my shit out everytime. Old clothes, books, pack rat shit, and so on.

Less to move.

If I haven't looked at, or used something in a few years. It goes in the trash. While I hate everything about moving, one of the worst is getting the home office all set back up. Rewiring all the computers, and essentials before I can get back to work.

:disgust

I've never moved my stuff. So far each time (2) I've moved, I've left all the old furniture behind and just buy new crap. No more than a trunkfull of stuff to move from point-A to point-B. lol. :)

Good luck with the move, hopefully an upgrade to a nicer place. :)
