Full page ad goes for 150 maybe...
That template i wouldnt pay more for than 35 bucks.

I've seen much worse designs created by top designers selling for $1000+
(don't make me dig up some examples :-)

Those are decent paysite designs with nice prices, great deal for everyone new who wants to start on his own.

I would strongly suggest to any EU webmaster to buy those sites and then translate them to their language and run them for their surfers. Because any US webmaster would hardly make any cash with that outdated content.
