Not talking about christian, islamic, hindu or other religious morals here, but your own. Would you, judged according to your own moral standpoints, end up in hell, if such a place existed?

sometimes i can be a real prick especially when i am angry and i am pretty lazy but in general i would consider myself as a rather "friendly" person...


but hey that is just me judging about myself.

The cool kids aren't going to hell, not when judged by their own morals. The cool kids, almost by definition, aren't depraved, tortured souls, but easygoing, friendly, somewhat shallow humans. They have things they believe in, and act according to those. Sure, sometimes they stray from their own moral teachings, but they lack the paralyzing fear of reality which characterizes the truly wicked. They are, both socially and mentally, easygoing and friendly, at home in the world in which they live. When they break their own moral codes, they will generously bestow upon themselves their forgiveness, the forgiveness only one who truly loves himself can give and accept in a single thoughtless moment. The wicked, the uncool, they only forgive others, never themselves.

Compared to my own moral standards? I'm not sure. I try to live my life the way I want it, but my feelings about certain things sometimes change to quickly :(

No. I don't lie, I don't steal, I don't hurt people physically or emotionally. I act towards people how I'd like to be acted to.

I would probably end up in hell if someone from the 'general public' was to be the judge of that.

Difficult to say, I've done quite a few "things" that I wouldn't classify as moral.

this is EXACTLY how i am today. Even more so. I go out of my way to help people, Im a great friend & family member, always willing to help and stick my neck out for people.

i was basing my 'going to hell or not' on my past. :2 cents:
