Take a shower. Nobody wants to do an autopsy on a smelly corpse.

I'd also call the ambulance, a smelly corpse in an apartment would be pretty nasty. I'd leave an envelope with 500 euros on top of myself for the paramedics, They'd have to carry a 300lbs corpse down 5 stories to groundlevel.
