fuck off, im trying to stop gambling, i already lost enough money on the montreal canadiens!

sumz 04-22-2006 12:00 AM

Good odds, good service, fast payouts.
I prefer online, favourite book is betfair and for traditional books, Pinnacle.

:winkwink: I trust your joking, out of control gambling habits are the sole responsiblity of each gambler.

Regarding where you lost - how you lost - which book / books do you play at? Or was it private bets?

selena 04-22-2006 12:03 AM

I used to work for a book, and that is the only place I've done odds gambling. I've done card gambling online at the cash tables, but that isn't near as much fun.

Great feedback.

Odds are pretty much universal among the major books.
Good service - what else would you like to see?
Fast payouts - what is your payout preference(s)?

Which book did you work at?
What would make sportsbook gambling even more entertaining?

They are located very close to us. Sometimes the games / seasons just are not as predictable as everyone hopes. Last year for example, was in general a horrible year for the books side.

Regarding nine.com - was there anything that you wished they had - that would have made the experience (besides loosing) a better one?

SportsBook 04-22-2006 12:10 AM

sorry - double post :(

One you've never heard of, I'm sure. :) I bartended for him, and he took all the local bets. If I had an odds sheet in front of me, I could tell you the numbers we used. Seems like it had Jim in the name of it, but I'm 3/4ths of a bottle of wine in, so I could be wrong.

I just flat out like to gamble. I come from a small town, and that is part of what we do. The bar I spoke of...the customers have actually bet on blood sugar levels when one of them produced a kit for testing them.

What would make it more enjoyable for me online, is if the community got involved in it. While it wasn't for cash, I had fun with the Pussy Cash football pool last year, just because industry people were involved.

Great input.
So would you like the ability to see fellow betters bets?

I think only after the bet deadline had passed. Then it would be cool to see who had bet. Perhaps not $$$ amounts, for those should be private. But on which team, sure. :)

Definately something that we have been pushing on - as well as several other payment-in solutions, pay-out solutions, and also webmaster payout solutions!

pinnacle is the only book I use for betting on us sports... placing roughly $20000-30000 a day (depending on the amount of action)...

limits is a problem when betting on soccer so I prefer centrebet since they accept $10-20k a game even in lower divisions without a problem...

not likely.. I'm around to brake the books and provide some powerful tools to do so.. (subscription based prediction software).. people like me normally know about most books and aren't very likely to shop around for more :)

I - we represent on the affiliate, online, offline and marketing side several sportsbooks. We're just in a massive programming and development stage now. We have very strong relationships with the books that we represent and that we're in process of representing.
