Friday, Apr 14 - Wire massive amount of money to Epassporte for dispensing.

Monday, Apr 17 - Attempt to dispense money, no dice. Unable to log into Epass accounts. Epass issues heard around the world.

Tues 18- Thurs 20 - Efforts to get back into Epass and database problems ongoing at Epass and Epass search for wire and where it went.

Friday Apr 21 - All affiliates paid.

What an experience. :(

They don't have any problem coming up with ways to spend money on contests. Money that would probably be better spend on Cust. Serv. reps.

I created a epass account the other day, paid 35 for the card and today I log in and i see

Fuck I have not even used my got damn epassporte account yet and they suspended it, what the fuck!? I am about to call now, we'll see what happens

They had some pretty major issues from Mon - Thurs trying to recover the password thing and resetting everyone and whatever goes with that. You may have gotten stuck in all of that as well.

They sent me a new password 2 days ago without me asking for one so I assumed that was it, I did not hear of anyone else getting temporarily suspended :disgust

They are going to email me some forms and I have to fill them out, scan them, email them back and they will look it over...... wow what a fucking hassel.. I WISH I KNEW THIS BEFORE I SPENT 55 DOLLARS ON A STUPID LOCKED ACCOUNT

They need to setup a status page updating us when something is going wrong like the issues the other day the standard error message sucks
