I didn't request it. I'm waiting on hold trying to get an answer as to what happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

Whoa. I wonder what happened. Kinda odd to just change the password and then send it via a non secure email. I've got alot of $$$ in my account and that doesn't make me feel very confident in the safety of it.

What a douche bag. I just called and he told me to call the business center. The guy was stuttering and asking me to calm down. I said just spit out the number let's go. When I asked for his name he hung up. I love touchy whiney emotional support center phone operators. Argh.

yesterday my business account pass wasn't working . I called them
they said 80% of all accounts pw were wiped out !!! My personal
account was working and yupp i got a new pword sent to me for
my bizz account .

Weird I can't get thru right now. From what i've been told a number of accounts had their passwords reset. Keyser can you just confirm is our account safe right now or not? I was calling to find out if the password was regenerated because of a hack attempt or something like that.

It was posted that a recent update caused epassporte passwords to be lost so they were reset (not all accounts). Its a hassle but things like this happen...

Shap, there were a ton of other threads about this, they lost a ton of passwords, my backup account pass was reset. Today I received email that my main account pass was reset and I didn't know why, but my old pass is still working fine. Keyzer said it's some sort of auto generated thingie whereby if you tried to login and failed, it would generate a new password, even if you didn't ask for it.
