Someone know of a good screenrecorder? Want to make some help files.

Free or pay doesn't realy matter as long as the quality is good and the file sizes reasonable.

1 vote for Camtasia or their simple product TechSmith Snag It. Camtasia supports their own TechSmith Capture Codec (tscc), so the resulting video files became extremely small and then you can use tscc codec or re-encode video file to another format

Sure Camtasia is good. Macromedia/Adobe also have a product to make help files where the output will be .swf
