Need Trillian help please.
 

I just installed trillian on a new machine and it downloaded my ICQ list. The only problem is that it lists everyone by their number and not name. I can't even get it to update so I have no idea who's talking to except by the context of the conversation. Does anyone know how to fix this?

this happed to me . I think I right click afew to switch from ICQ # and name and they stated showing up.

It has an option to view contact information but that window comes up blank :(

thats cause the icq servers are fux0red today.
it will fix itself sooner or later.

yeah it did freak out for a few hours

I found when i clicked on each contact with the mouse that the name showed and stayed there.

Yeah just give a day or two at most. Should be fixed by then.

I've tried everything. I'm hoping that it's the servers and that in a day or two it will be all better.

it's working now. must have been the servers.

dump it in the trash, trillian ain't worth it
