send a couple of emails no but i had no responds yet and also no auto email telling me that you get my email.

so would like to know what the hell is going over there at client support.

i already called them but they told me i had to send an email with the info. so that is the thing.

I noticed for a long time, that the autoresponder isnt always there. They tend to reply anyway though.

Call em, they've got a toll free number... I never email anyone I need to get ahold of if I can call em instead..

forward me the email(s), ill make sure that they get it + check what happened to the originals

or depending on what the request was, they may be working on it as i type this
