The Truth Behind the XBox 360 Debacle and Why I Did What I Did.
 

The truth is that I was so fucking unbelievably pissed that my integrity was questioned that I made a decision to not only renege on the XBox deal but also to stop posting on this board. If you do a search for my username or my old username (Highonacid) then you would see nothing but good shit that I have done for people on this board for years but that was all overlooked and down played because some dickhead named NoCarrier started some bullshit drama about an Xbox that I was giving away. The guy rode my jock like a bad case of crabs and quite frankly; I just had enough.

Let's look back and do some searches on all of the times that I had contests and gave shit away like money, free designs, Playstations, etc. and I NEVER scammed one single fucking person. The mere fact that people would consider me a "scammer" really fucking pissed me off and still pisses me off.

I have given shit away, done free design work, and tons of other things (do a search and you'll see the truth). Even when I had the Xbox contest and SilverTab posted his story I sent him some cash via PayPal to help him out. Seems like everyone forgot all about that and decided to be sheep and jump on the "Rob's a scammer" bandwagon. I have no respect for people who can't think for themselves and formulate their own opinions.

I am still in contact with the people that I respect from this board and we are still doing great business with each other. So there you go, there's the truth why I chose to do what I did. If you say I'm a scammer then you can go fuck yourself. Honestly; your opinion of me is like the weather in China; Absolutely useless and meaningless.

For all the people I've ever hooked up; Juicy, Mike Vega, PeteKT, AbyssAl, Dready, Loryn, Jimthefiend, Mike Hawk, Joe Spikes, Vanilla, Jake & Allie, NewBreed, Dugmor, Arika, Elissa, Lia, Izzy, Brandon and many others that I can't remember...you know what I'm all about and I respect all of you. For the sheep, your opinions don't mean shit and you can call me a scammer until you're blue in the face and I really don't give a rat's ass.

Since I quit posting I found out that I have a 13 year old daughter and she is the most incredible person I have ever had the pleasure of being with. My life and focus is all on her so you can say what you want but my integrity was never in question on this board and when it was I decided to walk away. For those who I've shared this with and have seen pictures of her know what I'm talking about. She is the love of my life.

Honestly, Sly, I really don't know. I have always done the right thing and this really has been eating away at me. I don't care what people think about me but I do care that someone didn't get something that I promised they would get.

Doesn't make too much sense, if you were pissed that your integrity was being called into question then you would have sent an xbox and silenced the skeptics. By not fulfilling your contest and leaving the board you basically confirmed what some were saying, you never had an xbox. Even now that you want to make up for it, you aren't even talking about sending the contest winner the promised xbox. I think you got caught up in the xbox thread frenzy and made up the story of buying an underpriced one from the store window, and NoCarrier happened to call you on it which prompted your contest.

Hey Rob.. Glad to see ya around... For the record, I've never had anything but good come out of using Rob for my print jobs. We'll be doing more biz down the road I'm sure. :)

Rob designed my business cards for free and sold me 5000 of them for something like $50 or so and they came out pimp as fuck. I have no problem with the guy and it sounds like he just had a serious case of the burn-outs. For what it's worth, he hooked me up and I have no problem with the guy.

I wasn't following this Xbox thing but from it looks like in this post is that he at least wants to make it up to Silvertab rather than just walking away. Even though he doesn't really post here anymore and I think that's a pretty admirable thing to do. He could have simply said fuck it and walked away. :2 cents:

Considering Rob did more business with people here then 95 % of the people on this board, he sure has a reason to be pissed. I dont get this whole xbox thing, but I can say that hes an a+ business guy in every dealings we have had, and I respect him a lot.
