I've not been with them too long yet but so far I'm happy and no downtime for the month I'm with them now.

If you are sitll interested, Thumbserver is bloody fantastic. they are really good hosts. I was setup very quickly and got allof the things that I wanted. They also helped with the transfer of my site. I now have around 15 domainns with them and they were all setup promptly and effeciently. The server speed seems to be great and I have even had emails from my users saying this. I definately recomend them to any one looking for a fast efficient and great service.

I have had my sites hosted with thumbserver for about 6 months now. We do quite a bit of thumbnail posting and use a reasonable amount of bandwidth. So far we have had no major problems. I have been very pleased with the customer service and any minor problems I have had have been remedied quickly and without hassle. I value customer service very highly and I think it is important you have a good relationship with your host. I have had experiences with other hosts where getting small things like scripts installed have turned into major headaches.
