I don't mean to sound negative but are you sure you can handle $30 PPS with trials? It's not just a matter of adjusting some values on the ccbill admin, it could end up costing you serious bucks...

50 or 60 would be sufficent :) so just give them 100 for the first month (minus fees I'm assuming that's what the $22 is) and then recurring after that..

That could still end up costing big bickies, unless the revshare was something silly like 10%...

Paying $22 flat is a large portion of the signup price, so if it doesn't rebill then the net amount from ccbill versus that affiliate payout may actually be slightly negative. Throw trials into the mix to attract more affiliates and she could be paying $22 for a signup that has netted her <$5 from ccbill.

IMHO, PPS is too risky unless you have a network of sites and aggressive cross promotion. If you're also running a revshare program then the affiliates may not appreciate the aggressive (uncredited) cross promotion. :)

Ok, let's work on those figures... $22 PPS, no trials, 15% billing fee

First month @$22PPS and $24.95 signup charge nets her -$0.20
Second month @50% revshare and $24.95 rebill nets her $10.60

Do you think it's fair that she's made $10.40 from a 2 month membership...? Or -$0.20 from a one month signup?

rowan, thank you for the input. Everything you said makes sense and no it doesnt seem fair to get only $10 for a 2 month membership. People ARE signing up the the $22 PPS so it must not be that bad.

I do retain my members. Quite well actually. I was on straight 50 % revshare, but wanted to try the PPS and see how it went.

Stop being negative, one of the first sites like her to offer any PPS at ALL and you say its too low. Hahaha well most single girl sites hardcore or not dont do PPS, most are 50% Ccbill only, so let some people try it out and see how it does without saying its a joke.

Great site, Rebecca! Figure out what works for you & you'll get affiliates, regardless. It's a lot easier to bump someone up to a higher payout because they're sending you great traffic than to LOWER your payouts. :)
