CCBill support is killing me, just sent an email to ccbill writing pretty much exactly what I wrote here The CCBill answer: Are you experiencing any difficulties when trying to sign up? When I click on the link provided it takes me to the join page and I am allowed to sign up with out an issue. If you can provide a specific issue I will forward this to our programming department for further assistance. |
Haven't tested them myself yet, but that could be why ccbill seems so far below average today.

Is it only I who find this disturbing??

SteveM,
Hit me up on ICQ or give me a call. I'd be more than happy to look into this for you with a little more detail. 480.449.7751 x 174 Thanks, |
everything's fine, no reason to worry
|
What a fucking joke............. The signup pages are even worse then yesterday............. Maybe CCBill should outsource everything related to html......... When you have paid CCBill close to $100K in fees, one would expect that it comes with a certain amount of professionalism.

Can you give me 1 explanation why we should accept that one of the largest billing companies in the world, can not deliver a correct html page. SteveM |
Steve, did you get hold of Lloyd and show him what you were seeing so that we can look into it? Keep in mind that we have many different versions/styles of signup forms and many clients choose to customize their signup forms as well.

SteveM,
Who gives a flying shit; mother fuckin' steve-o... they show okay and the sales come through. Find something better to do in your life than view people's source or check it for html errors. If there is an OBVIOUS problem (by the looks) it will be fixed no doubt -- but if you are the only one of thousands who are complaining -- well then you should realize you're a real fucking tool... you piece of work. Now go back to Burger King and finish your whopper you fat lard. Oh... and have a great day! :thumbsup |

What the fuck is going on with CCBill. For the last two days signups have plummetted. Did the average 30 new signups three days ago, 6 the next and 4 yesterday!!
