Not the casting style reality. But some good themes. I want a new site, help me out.

I have about 10 URLs that I've been sitting on for a while to start up a new reality theme that hasn't been touched yet. I need an investor to make it happen. Going to start looking this summer so I can hopefully launch in the fall.
