Thats a guy who would probably work hard for whatever he could get paid too. Poverty sucks.
Aw, that's nice. Nice to hear there are still some honest people in this world :p
dont hear of that often
but i have a story...someone i used to be around at times...who made money in interesting ways lost his wallent in the mall...he always had thousands of dolalrs in cash on him. Well i think he had 500-600 in the wallet at the time....anyway a girl brought it up to the lost and found and we retrieved it and then took her shopping...she was hot carry on for the record that guy is an asshole..and the one person i wish harm to next |
To bad there arn't more people like that in this world. Just shows that we have the potential to be a good race ... a good human race.
Thats why he is homeless...you cant not be to nice
wow nice guy..
thats amazing
not many people like him around, wish there were more!
that's neat. pretty few people in this world that'd do that thing..and considering he's also homeless...
You know there used to be a homeless guy around here that had a decent amount of money. I guess from a fathers death or something. He just wanted to live that way. Some people just have a few screws loose.
It's like old rich fuckers that pinch every penny when they can actually afford to spend it. |
I was in a strip club a few months back and the table I was sitting at had too much of a gathering crowd so I moved across the building to the other side. About 45 mins later this guys walks over and says, here I think this is yours. I hadn't even realized my wallet had fallen out and when I asked him how he knew it was mine he said I recognized you from the drivers license picture. I said thanks and as he walked away I opened it up to see my wad of $500 still where it always is and has to be moved to see the drivers license. I just couldn't believe it, needles to say he got a free lapdance that night:thumbsup

I read a story about a university study that dropped wallets (with money inside) in several countries around the world.
The countries where people returned the most wallets were all in northern Europe. Gee, I wonder why that was the case? Hmmmmm |
He is honest
man, you guys are too jaded.. aint you never met propperly nice people who do nice stuff without motive?
*shigh* if not then i feel sorry for you. plenty of them where i live. |
We need more people like him in this world :)
Thats a great homeless dude , i dont see that often
He should have kept it
I guess there is hope for mankind after all.
Wow... talk about morals :)

Not like he was "beating the system" or gaining from some big entity that could afford it. He saved a fellow poor person from their misfortune. I wish they had made a paypal or other addy for him as part of the story, I'd be the first to give him what I can.:thumbsup |

That is awesome, I hope she gave the guy back a good chunk of that :)
what a fucking peon
I would have kept that mans money and went and bought a million 40oz's and been drunk the rest of my homeless life. |
what a nice guy, i think i would have done the same...
if you do good for others, good things happen to you ;) |

hey, it pays to be nice to even those who don't seem to be the most affluent...i read about this one dude who owned an art gallery or something and he always let this one homeless guy sleep in his doorway at night or whatever, and bought him soup and stuff every now and then....then the homeless dude had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital, but the art gallery owner guy was the only one who went and visited him...i think the homeless guy died, but it turns out he was freakin rich from some inheritance or something and left it all to the art gallery owner because he was the only one who treated him like a human
I hope this story inspires a lot of people out there. Despite the poverty, he's still rich in spirit.
she shouldve at least gave him half

heh, i'm sorry to say that I cannot say the same thing about the strip club "Deja Vu" in Shreveport. I was there a month or so back and spent around $200 bucks that night. There was a NIN concert in town and afterwards we all went to the strip club then casino to continue the awesomeness of the night. Well I got home the next day and was looking over my online bank statement and noticed they charted me an EXTRA $100 to my card. wtfux i thought. the number on their receipts is invalid. I had to look up the number on the internet and call them. I call, a girl picks up, I tell her my problem, she said "hold on, I have to go find the guy who is in charge of that", she leave for 5 min. comes back, saids she will get him to call back ASAP whenever he become avail., takes down my name and number. I never recieve a call back. I've called over and over and havent been able get in contact with them again. FUCK THOSE SCAMMY ASSHOLES :x c'est la vie |

Keeping it, knowing it's not yours, would rate right up there with stealing. The guy did the right thing... something good will come of it. |
Amazing that even thought he hit rock bottom he still has a kind heart.
karma IS working for him...he found $900 for fucks sake...its just that he decided to give it back cuz he's a decent guy
cool story. that is one honest man, hopefully some good things will come his way now too.
