need some help here with cpanel/hosting
 

ok i just filledup the first hd and i still have two to go. i have more servers running with cpanel and i know that at the basic setup you can set which hd you want the content to up load to. so also this time i did that and set it to second hd but i keep getting the message that the disk is full. I am sure that it is still trying to upload to the first disk. i have restarted the servers and every part of the servers but still getting that same message on my flashfxp.

I have contactec my host but they sucks. great servers but their support not worth 2 cents. The last tech said try the third hd i guess. what kind of answer is that. That is telling me that he doesn't even know how a server looks like.

But i am still stuck with the same problem.

Who had this problem before or did i do something wrong.

hope some one can tell me more then those tech at this server company.

The setting in cpanel for which hdd to upload to its for new accounts only.
Your old accounts are on the old harddisk and thats where you'll have to upload.
To fix this you have to manually move some of those accounts on the 2nd harddisk.

i didn't seem to have that problem with my other servers when the hdd got full.

Are you trying to tell me you know how things work ?

no, i don't try to tell you that. hold you horses. just didn't had that problem. might be better server support.
