I hope that you mean the set design etc. arent cheap - you should not be paying anymore than 100$ an hour - standard is $50 per hour to shoot a girl unless you have her doing more than solo stuff. She's not a pornstar or well known - dont care how nice she looks - there are a thousand waiting in line to take her place.

In some webby's who are trying to get started. They are over inflating their models budgets, and paying toads way too much money. For what little a lot of people have them doing, they are seriously overpaying.

Do a search on the going rates for different models other companies are paying. Especially for those who are shooting fetish, and semi/clothed stuff (i.e. non-nude).

You can get decent girls w/o breaking your budget. You just have to search through more of the girls to find the keepers. Keep in mind it's around 1/10 who will actually turn into a model at all.
