If You Have Problems Logging Into ePassporte Please Read
 
ePassporte experienced a database issue yesterday. The problem has since been corrected however a number of account holders will be unable to access their accounts as their passwords have been reset.
To retrieve your password, please use the password retrieval here: https://www.epassporte.com/secure/ep...cgi?req=forgot
If you are not able to successfully use the form please contact Michael Olsen or [email protected] and include your username, your full name as it appears on your account and your address.

here's an idea. how about you make an announcement a few times a year on those rare days when you are not, or webmasters are not having problems with epassport.

i think this plan can save the lives of countless innocent pixels.

I didnt run into any issues but it seems payments arent coming in from sponsors on time. They probably have had issues as well.

People talk about how hard it is to use an Epassporte... My ATM card from Wells Fargo came to me blank once... Had the numbers, my name and the CVV2 on the back... That was it...

Try using that thing somewhere...

i hope they reset my passwords fast and without issues. when affiliate programs make epassport cards they ont put a secret question so you cant reset your password.

Hi Keyser,

I just opened up my account this weekend because of problems with the US postal service. I experienced the log on issues today and it kind of worries me that I switched everything to Epassporte. Was my account hacked? In my bank account statement I have a pending charge for $25 to Epassporte. I did not send any more money to my account since the initial sign up when I sent two payments to my account. The $25 pending in my bank account did not show up in my Epassporte account. What happened and why was I charged? I am also afraid of what I read on GFY. Do you have any answers to these questions that were asked on GFY:

1. what I'm wondering...is how many sponsors paid, but now it's not reflecting in your balance. I know of a few sponsors that are a tad late in paying me, wonder if it's related..scary thought. Imagine this: sponsor sends you a payment, in their records you're said to be paid, yet when you log in, your epassporte balance doesn't show any history of a transaction?

2. a sponsor saids they loaded some money into my epass acct today and when I went to go check to see if the funds were there, it didnt show a transaction?

Did myself or anyone lose or miss any payments from sponsors due to the issues with Epassporte today?

Everyone that have contacted me I have a list of your accounts and the password will be reset within 2-3 hours. I have answered all ICQ's send to me if you have not received a reply its because ICQ is acting strange today. Please message me again if you have NOT received a reply.

Those that have emailed me I have your information and I will reply to your emails when I am told the password have been reset.

If you have not received a new password by 1pm ET / 19:00 CET please message me again then there might be a problem with the email you have on file and we need to change it.


I don't know why this happened, I didn't ask, I posted what I was told, I will put my effort into getting everyone that needs it a new password instead of speculating in what ever theories that are brought up here.

Even if you can't login to your account everything else works you are still receiving payments from sponsors.
