Coffee or Energy drinks? What do you pick more often?
 

I was always a few cups of coffee every morning, but for at least two years I stopped and not every day, but i'd say at least 2 - 3 days a week I hit a red bull or other energy drink for breakfast.

I know some of you are probably like the pot or more a day coffee drinkers, and I know a lot of you guys are taurine junkies! :winkwink:

Neither. I drink green tea in the morning and diet dr pepper the rest of the day

I am on energy drinks!

Mainly OJ and coffee for me.

Coffee, Water and Juices. that's it. never touch those energy drinks.

Red Bull. It's 9:55am here and I'm on my second one.

coffee... has way more caffeine than all those energy drink scams...

I need coffee

coffee. its the lesser evil out of the two.

I drink iced tea. Has more boost than coffee.

Tea - Earl Grey, English Breakfast or Orange Pekoe for me...

I just bought a new Espresso Machine, so my vote is usually for coffee

neither , i drink only water , but sometimes i can drink coffee/energy drink/coke/pepsi/tea , but it's very rare

You guys ever tried those caffinated beers? I love sparks the black kind. They are great for partying. Im sure they are horrid on your health though.

i've never tried an energy drink before but i love coffee!

Red Bull is alright. Pricey at $2 a pop. I get the chinatown version for half price. Seriously, same company. Chinese branding. Half price.

Try Rockstar (the black can) .. It tastes pretty good.. I was surprised..

dunno. it will give you a pretty good boost. most people only drink 1/2. you have to look for them in gyms and supplement stores.

if you are in canada, just buy ephedra... much cheaper. much of the same effect.

I hate coffee i get such a heache from it.

I drink coffee when I want to relax while working. But when I need to get deep down busy I take red bull

Neither, but on a late night like this I consume a surprisingly high amout of coke...
