Question for EX-Fat People
I've been working out for 7 weeks now, 5-6 days a week and Ive lost 14lbs. My question is, what have you done about old stretch marks. Im not covered in them or anything by any means, but there are some on my sides from when I was really large.
2nd question... I just started weight training 3 days ago.. Ive already had some scratch type marks appear on top of my shoulder area. Is there anything you can recommend to make these go away also? The more I lift, the more there are. thanks j |
you cant do anything about stretch marks.
the "scratch type marks" on your shoulder are usually from the leg press machines where you are pushing against the pads on your shoulders.. they go away quickly. :) |
Vitamin e oil can help a lot, keeping the skin moist will help them fade over time. There is also a proceedure you can get at the plastic surgeon where they eliminate scars and stretch marks.. though it costs $$$

I started tanning. They seem to blend in. But Vitamin E does help too.
