thank you epass!!
today i was runnin around like a chicken with its head cut off (tryin to do tax stuff before 5pm and it was around 4:45pm) and i ended up losing my epass card in the process (i think i left it at the atm at my bank).
so its midnight & i noticed that im missing my card!!!!!!!! :Oh crap Called up epass, they canceled that card immediatly and i'll be getting a new one in 10-14 days :thumbsup the whole convo was 10 mins...gotta love 24/7 support! THANKS EPASS!! Thats the first time I ever lost a credit/debit/atm card before. Scary shit :helpme |

It's just barely good support. Good support would be if they sent you a new card overnight free of charge. They are charging you $35 to get a plastic card deliverd in about 2 weeks time, that's not GREAT support.
