Does anyone know how to rip a Flash animation?
 

Hey! Does anyone know how I would go about ripping a Flash animation off of a website? One of my friends is gonna be on the Jerry Springer Show this Thursday, and they have a clip of her up in the Clip of the Day thing. I want to rip that clip and edit out everything but her segment...but I'm too stupid to figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreiciated. Thanks!!

You could use a video screen capture tool, i cant think of any off the top of my head but there are a few free ones about. - Obviously you would then have to make a new flash clip.

Back up you do not get off that easy.

I had a tool that takes it apart by frames and even objects :) So u get the ripped .fla

Would you could do make a link to the file in html....right click and save it.

I don't have ICQ on the computer I'm on. I'd take the whole Thursday section if that's all you can rip, but the only part that I really care about is from the time that Steve (the voice over) says "Plus..Kevin has been sleeping with two strippers" to the part where Springer says "have you ever wanted to work on a talk show". If there is anyway you can rip that for me...I'll owe you big time! Thanks!!

Ok, the story from Springer: Sarah (my friend) is a stripper who has been dating her boss Kevin (aka Nacho...also "sorta" my friend)...but Kevin is scum and has been bangin' another stripper behind Sarah's back. He's there to confess his sins becuase he's not a very good player and he thinks that Sarah suspects something.

Ok, now the truth: SPRINGER IS FAKE!! Sarah is my business partners fiance...Kevin/Nacho is the bouncer (not owner) at the club Sarah works at...and the other girl has only been at the club about a week and lucked into the Springer deal because the other girl that was supposed to go got stage fright. They really liked Sarah at the Springer tapings, so they have invited her down to do the "Springer Break" PPV show too...so I'm guessing she'll be doing a different gimmick/character on that one.

View source, find the url to the flash animation, type it into the program and wala it's yours.

And if you enable the program to integrate into your browser you'll be able to rip any type of media from any page before it plays, so you have the option to save anything to your HD.

There's a Firefox extension for it seen it earlier today havn't got link though!
