Since Python reply to "EVERYONE" - perhaps they should address the problem and correct it. It's called being professional and really very simple to resolve and hardly worth being an "issue".

Two things, The last thing I need advice from you are your recommendations regarding chatboard etiquette. This was a misunderstanding as already explained and stemmed from a persistant lack of response from Python.
Kindly also note, I also have no personal issues. There is one commercial matter which has remained unanswered for a few years despite serveral emails and four ICQ messages during this month. This was dumped and gathering dust on my desk since last year when another individual gave up in frustration.
The one and only thing asked of you is a remedy. Thank you for eventually responding today.
Clearly the matter is not resolved as you suggested, - as already stated, there has been no response. Thank you for passing this to your accounting department in the hope of producing a meaningful result.
By the way, I appreciate this may be a pain in the ass and involves some reconciliation work. The flip side is that if it was resolved at the time, there would be no need for any communication or any need for you to deal with it - again.
