I use the patch tool. Circle the bruise, drag it over nice looking skin, and the nice skin should replace the bruise. I do this for pimples too. You may have to circle the area a few times to get it right. I hope this makes sense and helps. Good luck.

Lots of ways to do it, but probably the fastest is to use the stamp tool (feathered edges) and blur tool (to refine the stamp a little).

Clone stamp is probably the fastest - feathered edges & at 50 - 60 %
