I have just sat down to watch Million Dollar baby, i hope it is good.

It's good but very sad.

la crash has some scenes in it 10times more powerfull

although I normally like Clint Eastwood movies, I found "Million Dollar Baby" too typical of a story line and wayyy to contrived....... her family was way way way over the top and not believable at all. At the end, all I felt was forced into feeling bummed out.

that is one great movie, very touching. I cried watching that. :thumbsup

I must be the only person in the world that didnt like that movie.

Which is the very reason I won't watch it, in spite of its marvelous reviews.

I've reached a point in my life where all I want is a good laugh and a happy ending. Give me the improbable, damn it, not real life.

Using Netflix I have had that damn movie sitting on top of my bookshelf for a loooong time - I want to see it, but just dont feel like it for some reason. I want to send it back, but I also want to see it... hmmmm... why?
