if people are buying pr4's for 1k, I'm in the wrong biz. Making a site p4 is a fucking cake walk. getting 5+ however, is much more difficult.
Maybe I should offer pr building services LMAO anyone interested? |
PR is not a determining factor on the value of a website.

Yes, there is a minimum sale price. I do not advertise my broker services to the mainstream world, but if someone came to me with a mainstream site I would not turn it down. Success rate . . . never stopped to figure it out, and it is a little difficult as sometimes I have clients that are looking to purchase sites (as opposed to selling them), so I may have to give them 20 options before they find one or two they like. As far as finding buyers I would say 70% would be a pretty safe estimate. |
pr4 isnt worth 1000$

oops .......

It's funny because most pr3 and pr4 sites are cross linked with a network owned by the webmaster. So if you buy it he can remove the links and you drop to a 2.
I would a pr 5 could be worth a $1000 if it's a decent domain with decnet content, and the links are permanent. But a pr4 I don't think makes a domain worth a $1000 |
It was my pleasure. I look forward to the next time.

PR is important, but not the only factor, its like a flag, but you need to discover whether it is a quality pr4 or a shit pr4, 99% of people don't get that. |
