Importing cars into Canada from the US

Anyone every bring a car purchased in the US to Canada and have it replated? How much does it cost?

ive done it a few times..pst, plus gst, plus transport canada fees, plus A/C charge, plus inspection/s and bringing the car up to Canada standards (daylight running lights)
also you may need a letter from the manufacturer stating the vehicle is not subject to any outstanding safety recalls..
