Do you buy from people on here?
 

I'm just curious - so far i've bought content from 3 people in the list that was posted yesterday - hired someone to post galleries, and signed up for a program under someone's referral code. I've checked out a lot of other stuff - and had it been something I needed or liked, I would have bought it too. I've actually discovered that when I gofuckmyself, I find some good shit here too.

How many of you buy stuff from 'spam' or sig lines that are posted here, or sign up for programs from here?

(And yes, I even buy stuff from my spam mails sometimes)

absolutely.... I've purchased content, hosting, hookers, hardware, and whatnot else from people here..... I always shop here first. Prefer to keep business with the fine folks here whenever possible. :thumbsup

I got my first free hosting account at Lightning Free from seeing him talk in here over a year ago. Since then I moved and grew to a few dedicated servers at his Techis Media. I also buy all my content from the content providers that hang here, (not the spammers) but the regulars. I've bought and sold tons of traffic from people here. Had banners made, and the list goes on. I met many of them at some of the shows and had a great time. I like to deal with the GFY family if possible, everyone is a bit nuerotic in their own way, but mostly the regulars are pretty good people.:thumbsup To GFY'ers

I found my hosting here, bought some galleries, found some great content here, signed up for a sponsor or two here, and made a couple great friends here. Fuck all the whiners, GFY is where it's at.

I have not bought anything through GFY as of yet..but ive signed up for 2 sponsors using GFY poster's refferals

I have however sold a bunch of stuff through GFY....movie site traffic, 1 design work, 1 domain, and of all things, a playstation!

I have bought shit from lots of people here. I use ref codes quite often too. I know I always like it when someone I know from here buys something from me or hires me to take on a job.

If i sign up for a sponsor or soemthing, i'll use a ref link if i happen to see it. Haven't bought anything as of yet.

i have gotten mostly information and bullshit from everyone on here, but on the other hand i did get my hosting and domains from corvett. the way i look at it, get the best from the best and promote from within :thumbsup

I've patronized alot of people here on the board... and conversely I get a lot of business from my posts here on GFY for SinTalk. So, it's been a real worthwhile endeavor for me! It's always nice to make more friends and network further into the depths of our industry... :)

I actually do a fair amount of business with the people who hang here....underneath all the smartass exteriors are some great guys with decent products, programs, etc.

I have done business with a few people on this board! I am not usually in the market to buy anything but this is a great place to get info on products or things coming out.
