Selling my Florida home, anyone want it?

since I passed my Residential Contractors tests I need the cash in the bank.

I will lease a home after the sale and develop land. On one of the lots I will build a new home on and sell the other developed lots to other builders (50-70% profit after development).

here is the site: http://www.buyowner.com/property.asp...61032&x=24&y=6

Bret (home purchase and title company contact) is a friend and soon to be a business partner in land development down here. He is the contact on the property. Please do not spam his phone number or email. thanks.

I love the local internet connections.

4.5 megabit bandwidth speed from the local Brighthouse network using a fixed IP address business model (59.95/month). Good for home business.

Sarasota address but Manatee county taxes, much less than Sarasota county.

Close to everything you could want.

Planning on moving the southern residence to Anna Maria Island in 2 years. Love that place. Walk the beach 3 times a week.

:thumbsup

I am willing to drop the price, but not much.

No lease or owner financing.

Webby 04-15-2006 05:41 PM

Nice place Deb - Good luck on the sale :thumbsup

debbieN 04-15-2006 05:41 PM

Also, take the virtual tour.

you can look up or down. Check out the foyer.

Stallion 04-15-2006 05:47 PM

good luck selling it. We finally closed on our house in Florida that we sold.

debbieN 04-15-2006 05:50 PM

use the zoom option with the virtual tour.

I have a lot of very interesting art in the home.

Ask specific questions about any of them and I will tell you where they came from and a little about them.

I might spend some time this evening taking more pictures of some of my prized pieces that do not appear in the tour. I love my antique children's book collection. A Grimms fairtale book with no publishing date is my fav.

:pimp

debbieN 04-15-2006 05:56 PM

Stallion,

what city was it located and where did you move to.

why did you sell it?

how long did it take?

did you get what you wanted?

CyberHustler 04-15-2006 05:58 PM

nice crib

woj 04-15-2006 05:59 PM

looks like a nice place,

how does one make those 360 virtual tours? does the buyowner representative come to the place to take care of it, do you take a few pics and then they stich it up, or what?

jacked 04-15-2006 06:05 PM

real nice house good luck with the sale sarasota is a real nice quiet area

debbieN 04-15-2006 06:10 PM

the video photographer has a wide angle lense (of some type) and uses a motor control for the view. I do not know (I did not watch) how they do the up and down view. It is very cool though.

there is so much of the house that is not included. I love my 140 sqft walk-in closet off the master bath. The three car garage with two ceiling storage accesses (drop-down ladders) to extra storage space are really cool.

everything in the garage (rack storage) is on wheels so that when I have parties we can move them all out to the drive and open up the ping pong table.

extra full size refigerators are also helpful.

debbieN 04-15-2006 06:24 PM

yes, I will post my bathtub pic (without me in it).

those are real dead star fish, very abrasive though.

pornguy 04-15-2006 06:28 PM

Looks like a lot of the houses in Newtampa.

And congrats on passing the test!

digifan 04-15-2006 06:28 PM

Nice house, good luck to you :)

It says water view? Does the property not go to the lake? As in lakefront property? If it does how large is the lake?

Is the stucco over frame or cbs construction?

debbieN 04-15-2006 06:47 PM

next week my home in the mountains of North Carolina will be on Coldwell Banker's site.

I am using a broker for the 42 acres of undeveloped property on the little Tennessee river.

I just want to concentrate on Florida and Michigan.

Option on lake property:

http://www.portagepointinn.com/

It will run out before I can do anything with it. I will only lose $2500.

I have learned a lot and will not do that again without the proper funds.

debbieN 04-15-2006 07:03 PM

BV

My house is on the lake. Anywhere else in the world it would be called a pond, but in Florida it is called a lake. There is another "Lake" next to the other one which is larger.

arial view: http://maps.google.com/

type in: 4218 67th Ave Cir E, Sarasota, FL 34243

use the satellite view and zoom in.

north mississippi.. specialized area though... a university and a historic square and very little land and lots of traffic if you have to drive in and out every day

Honestly Debbi hit me up.. ICQ 239088209 very interesting conversation we could have on real estate

tony286 04-15-2006 07:38 PM

nice house best of luck :)

kmanrox 04-15-2006 07:54 PM

nice house... if u dont mind me asking what is your main money maker, can't be your tgp

debbieN 04-15-2006 08:03 PM

KMANROX

you are very correct on the TGP thing. I only make enough money to cover my escorgat and scallop bills.

My main adult biz is a niche site with a lot of SE traffic and TGP submissions.

there you go

IWantU_Jeff 04-15-2006 08:16 PM

debbieN 04-15-2006 08:18 PM
