HELP! New ICQ Client

I've been using trillian forever and can't figure out how to do a user details update to my ICQ buddy list. Right now there's no names :( just fucking numbers. Anyway to mass update them?

There should be some tool to export/import your contact list with names.

yeah probably is but I can't find. it. just finished manually updating the freaking list so fk it.
