I don't feel like paying the 5%+ fee they charge me to load my account with my credit card and would rather just get invoiced like PayPal does. Is this possible with epassporte?

From my experiences with ePassporte I'd have to say...probably not.

No its not possible.
You have to load your account and the transfer it.
