haha thats "Twitches" he is well known, has been on many shows, he is a comedian with severe tourettes who let's himself get laughed at and makes some serious cash while he is at it. Congrats to him , smart fucker making money off of his condition.

I love part 2 of the video, he has whipcream on both hands and then the guys in the studio put their pubic hair shavings onto his hands and he still slaps himself silly , getting the pubes in his mouth, this is some of the funniest shit to watch.

You can hire this guy to come to your private parties, events whatever, I am thinking about hiring him for a few hours to entertain some guests I have comming from out of town, this guy is a riot!

People who cant laugh at this guy are the same types that have problems with chapelle, they are offended by his "representation of blacks" as people who watch the tourettes guy feel guilty to laugh, just because it seems wrong.

I do not see how anyone does not have the urge to crack up when they see someone mumbling and slapping them selves silly while their hands are covered in pubic hair shavings in a retarded fashion, it is hard to keep a straight face, same as it is when you see a small yellow schoolbus drive by or see the pics from the special olimpics posted all over the web, it is very hard not to laugh, why do people try so hard to deny the laughter what is so wrong with laughter in this day and age. If you have the urge to laugh, let it out, laughter is a positive element to anyone's daily life, we all need it.
