Hey, it's not an apartment and it's not a rental house, it's MINE and my nearest neighbor is a mile away. I paid my mortgage last week with dosh I made from EC. You should get on this. Its TOTALLY quiet except for the natural noises, its secluded and I can walk 5 miles in 3 directions without seeing a road or hearing a car. Im surrounded on 3 sides by National forest. Man this IS wealth right here. I wouldnt trade this peace and quiet and freedom for 200 k a year... And it's been offered. I turned down a job in November in California. I'm REALLY happy here.



I can also pee off my front porch at 2 pm which is a huge score. :thumbsup

very nice land ... I only have about half acre but in NY that's a good piece of land. I have state land behind me and the house is set back ..pretty private for this area but nothing like that ... the island with dock is fucking cool ..:thumbsup
