There is no need, there are plenty of platforms available to hit any target, anywhere should they see fit. All the posturing is in place and has been for decades.

Israel has somewhere between 100-200 nuclear warheads (the number varies dependent on the intelligence agency) including types for Jericho1 and Jericho2 missiles as well as warheads deliverable by Israeli planes and a few other unnamed types(probably some sort of water to air missiles. The range of the missiles with these payloads has been tested up to 1500 km although the CIA figures they can reach Russia with no problem - which prompted Russia some years back to give a formal warning to Israel.
