Legal question from newbie

Probably a silly question...but...

Are celebrity fake photos (digitally manipulated) illegal? Or infringement of "personal identity", "privacy"(?)

I've seen sections of "good fakes" in many sites, so I'm just wondering...

Thanks!

Thanks!

And does anyone know where I can find resources (e.g. articles)on "adult site laws"?

Depends who's laws you want to bother about, ie what legal jurisdiction you live and operate, (the rest don't matter), - but here's some links as a clue...

In some cases it could be considered "fair use"? like if you photoshop britney spears sucking cock, wouldn't that be considered "parody" and therefore is covered under "fair use"?
