All the dr told me was to cut back if i cant quit. Ive cut my coffee down to one or 2 cups a day instead of 2 pots. And ive cut my cigs to a pack or less instead of 2 packs. Progress not perfection lol

Much better. Healing nicely (according to the nurses and dr's, altho it still makes me sick to look at it lol) and ive lost 35 pounds since leaving te hospital, including 17 in the last week. Im well on my way I think :pimp

be carefull next time , once , after a hangover i was smoking a cigarette, and drinking coffee , then i misplaced the ashtray and the coffee cup , i didnt notice it , so i ended up drinking coffee with ash and a cigarette butt in it .

Keep it up - in the end you have mastered it plus you've lost weight, smoke less and drink less coffee - thats great!
