Webmasters Against Epassporte (please read)
 

I know alot of us have had problems with Epassporte. Well I have about had it. I have had funds disappear then reappear, emailed the owner and a couple other people but never get any emails back. I have called the worthless customer support. Ok so things are really bad but the thing that I just don't get it why the fuck can't I pull a report for all transactions? Our accountant is pulling her hair out because she can't even pull a report for longer than the past 3 months. This is just ridiculous. I consider Epassporte like a bank so imagine if you logged online to your regular bank and could only see the past 3 months of transactions, I think you would be pissed off. So this thread is to let Epassporte know we need things improved. This is only one problem, but I think this one really needs attention. Some competition is going to come soon and I will dump Epassporte in a heartbeat and never look back unless things get better.

yea, this issue has been brought up many times before... It would be awesome if they could just include an option to export transactions for a certain time range in a csv format... Even a pretty shitty programmer could put that together in a few hours tops...

Anyway - hopefully Mike can help you out. It is odd you can't view more than 3 months of data - any financial institution should allow you to view past records with out a problem. Obviously some people haven't had the need to so they think that must apply to everyone.

I love epassporte. But I do hope they come up with a searchable transaction history, like paypal has.
I makes it a lot easier when doing taxes

Yes, ePassporte rocks, but it would be nice to look back within the past year and see all transactions. We should not have to email a customer service rep to request this.

To me it's just the easiest way to receive money.

It would be nice if you could check older transactions though.

Email me your account name and the period you want the statement for and I will make sure it mailed to your ePassporte email.

i liked it epass because is the fastest payment system for me... (and i need that) but maybe they should get better thei service... let's say when they charge for new virtual or plastic card they should send whole transaction within the period...

Most banks I know only allow 3 months online statements then archive the data. Perhaps Epassporte ran into database issues and had to do the same.

Would be nice to see 12 months statements with them though I agree.

That pending fee really blows my mind.. fortunatly there are sponsors that create epass accounts for us..
