i have been dealing with the same bank for 6-7 years and im sure they must suspect that im selling porn.i mean,depositing checks from "Cyber Heat".isnt that a give away? or how about AFF." Not valid if endorsed by minor 17 years of age or younger".

apparently the bank of montreal cares but i would doubt any bank would do anything unless you were cashing huge amounts.

If you have any pride in what you do, you should ask them their policy. If they don't support you, don't support them. It's business.

I am with Bank of Montreal and they know what I do, and they dont seem to care that much :) I guess thats cause Im like super model Hot and shit.:winkwink:

I haven't had a problem with a bank yet. They all know what I do , some of my company names are pretty obvious, however i wouldn't suggest being as up front as i was with some of these names ... like "climaxxxcams" lol .

Now i have had a high priced $300+ estate planning attorney deny me service when he found out what I do, and I have been rejected from one company for disability insurance after the looked at my financials and saw some company names. Go figure the 2 things i was denied for, the nature of my income should be none of their business, but they both rejected me for "moral reasons". I should have sued I would have won.

Don't think you would have won, it's not wrongful dismissal or something. Some stores say "no shirt, no shoes, no service" so I guess they could say "no pornographers, either" if they wanted to. :)

Some of them do care, usually banks that are owned by a religous order. My main credit union is owned by Catholics, when I went to dispute a debit card transaction I had to tell them what I ordered... they gave me the look. I shot it right back.

Sheesh Will... The level of stupidity in some alleged professionals is amazing - tho not exactly a surprise when ya see the quality of their work - they should be sacked anyways.

Looks like I've been lucky in ... shit, well over three decades, almost four, in the adult biz. Can't say I've had problems with any banks etc due to the nature, in fact, the reverse, - we actually employed the guy who used to be our bank manager.

I've been denied several times for apartments I've tried to sign a lease for. During the application process, they all wanted to verify my income, and verify "exactly what you do for a living". I guess telling them I shoot portraits and made as much as I had put on the application raised some red flags in their heads... they kept asking what kind of portraits... and wouldn't let the issue go. I finally just gave up, and went somewhere else.

I did notice once when leasing a place in Florida the agent was asking more questions than she was entitled to get answers to. There was no indication of the biz or anything - just being too damned nosy. It seems to be "custom" with some. Can't remember the detail now, but think it was explained politely that the personal finances of others are not her concern.

Never actually noticed that anywhere else tho - they'd be told where to go in other countries :)

I use BofA, I can't imagine them telling me to take my money elsewhere. I have a feeling there is more to the story.

b of a closed my account like a year ago or so after i cashed a couple of checks on a thurs, that following monday my account was closed and they gave me no reason why except to call their banks president which she told me their sending me my money via a cashiers check. fucking bastards.

too. I've heard of sponsors getting their BOA account closed that they used to write checks from, but mine is just an individual account, they better not pull something like that on me.
