We <a href="http://www.topcash.com/">(TopCash)</a> pay per click, no per impression program, though.

PornSpotter pays you for every search. This is not quite the same as CPC, but it's close. We are currently paying $0.05 per search. Check it out, send us an e-mail, we're easy to reach ;-)

CPM, cost per impression, is a crap shoot but you can get some really cheap eyeballs on your banner. However, if it's not targeted, the actual coversion rates can suffer.
