Need your advice
 

I've worked for a company for over 3 years now. Proved myself and moved up the chain to the lead developer/db admin. I haven't had a raise in 2 1/2 years because the company is experiencing financial hardship. Fine, I can wait since I was promised a raise as soon as funds were available. Yesterday, this lady, whom I have written a thread about calling harassment because of my swankdollars shirt, quit. Today she came back because she got a raise to return.

1. Should I ask my boss wtf is going on?
2. Should I quit and find another job?
3. If i quit, who here would hire me :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

have sex with your boss. Obviously he likes dick since the only way she/he got a raise was by giving him the whole 9 yards.

just ask for a raise or what happend do it, ask nicley

do they need you? are you a true asset?

Already did that a couple months ago, he said that he couldn't afford it.

Deej: I am the only one that knows our entire web setup, how to run our database, and am the core of 95% of our major projects. It's safe to assume so. Also, I was told I never have to worry about losing my job.

The cardinal rule of employment is this: up or out.

If there is no advancement potential, move on.
