Last month I found some pics of Seska being used by an affiliate program called Serious Partners serious-partners.com. I was able to ICQ one of their support people called Voland on a friday afternoon and he told me he couldn't remove my content because he didn't have access to the servers but it would be done on the weekend. The following Monday Seska's pics were still up so I sent another ICQ to Voland and he said it would be taken care of Monday afternoon. At this point I got pissed and insisted he remove the pics immediately which he finally did.

Then I told Voland that I found one of their affiliates using Seska's pics and videos at galleries.wild-love.com/home_99kk/.

He said he would contact the affiliate and have the content removed. I sent two DMCA emails to the affiliate who owns wild-love.com, two to the hosting company for wild-love.com (noc4hosts.com), and two to Serious Partners. Nobody replied to me and as you can see Seska's pics and videos are still up.

Lastly I just found three Seska pics on another Serious Partner website
homemadevids.org/homemade_3.html. Seventh row of pics:

I don't know where Serious Partners get the content for all their sites. For all I know they may be using more content from myself and other webmasters.

stealing content is bull shit, just send them a letter, stating that you want the fee's they have made from the pictures whilst theyve had them up, for them to immediatley stop, for them to never do it again and for them to remove them right away , offically typed, nice paper, first class, bang* its serious

c&d's usually get people to get things done.

It seems that posting on webmaster boards really helps. Someone contacted noc4hosts.com after reading my post and one of their system administrators emailed me. According to the system administrator the DMCA emails I sent to noc4hosts were filtered to their junkmail folder.

The system administrator assured me that noc4hosts does not support copyright infringement in any way shape or form. He has contacted the reseller of the server and advised they have till 6pm today to take action and remove the content or he will NULL ROUTE the IP from his network.

Kick ass! Way to go James.

lets be realistic here. You have every right to be upset from the sponsor and everyright to have your content removed prompty.. but the affiliate is using the content under the assumption it is legal from the sponsor.. so while i totally understand your right to have the pictures removed, you should be a little more leniant to them unless you KNOW they are aware of the complaint..

Its reasonable to assume a sponsor should have content removed promptly, but the affiliate is obviously much smaller ( thus harder to contact i.e. no employees to answer calls /screen emails ). What if the dude is simply on vacation , or in the hospital with a sick one... pretty unfair to have his whole server dumped when he had no idea the content he was using was unlicensed

It must be a really long vacation somewhere remote with there is no internet access because I've sent the affiliate two DMCA emails over a month ago and he/she never responded.

I don't think there's anything you can do. I've had content that I've produced used by other sites to promote their stuff. I send an e-mail and that usually works. If they don't take it off, I spam the Webmaster boards and inform everyone that such and such a program is using pirated content.
