the light 'slap on the wrist' verdicts these female sex predators have been fetching lately here in the US make me want to puke. a child molester is a child molester, there shouldn't be a double-standard based upon gender. if women continue to dally w/ minors and get coddled by the legal system then male predators should receive the same lax judgements..

But you don't just see these double standards in molestation cases.

You see them in all family law matters, including divorce. Big time. Let's say the woman is well employed and the man is unemployed. Do you think he stands a chance of getting any alimony?

I hate the double standard as well. It's completely fucked up and as pointed out above, it goes far beyond this.

If you do the crime, you should do the time. It's all about abuse of power -- that bitch needs to understand the consequences of her behaviour. what are you talking about child molester? The freaking kid was having the time of his life! When you were 13, you were probably dying to f*ck an older woman. This lady simply made that kid's fantasy come true.
Is it sick? yes, very! Is it illegal? yes, very!
But she did not rape the kid, and she did not force him.

I think the US legal system should evaluate those cases better, and stop letting the juveniles get away with so much crap. Those kids are responsible for what they are doing. Period!

i kinda think its like pedos...they've (unfortunalty) always been around but just being more and more exposed now a dayz. but i also think that the internet has opened up that can of worms (such as this story of her being on myspace and such).

1989-kids were allowed to run around freely, without a care in the world, no worries of pedos or killers on the run, people slept with screen doors being unlocked and the door open, kids went to school without the fear of being shot, kids went to church without every thinking of the possibility that the priest could molest them.
