I like the title..

Looks okay, I'd play around with the text layer effects a bit more.

looks alright, try to get some different fonts up in there ;)

She's cute, yeah it looks good

its fine and love the movie title

it is very basic, but if you are happy with it that is all that matters

but I would do something with the header/logo, something off about it

I would also get rid of the glow on Directed by, it looks kind of cheesy

I think it needs a bit more color, a boxcover is often the first thing people see. (assuming it will be on the shelf in a store.) Just imagine yourself walking into an adult store and think "will this box stand out from all the others on the shelf?"

It's actually cool that you made a thread about it, I do box covers for select people (I used to do them all the time) and I just recently did a few for one of the major sponsor programs that is now venturing into the DVD market as well.
