yeah it's been out for a while.. i was on the beta team.. had brian chau from macromedia in around the office for a chat.. i've written a chapter in the flash MX bible so he was pretty keen to get me in the program again.. although i've been in correspondance with him the last few years as well..
but yeah.. now i've got to spring for it :)

actually i could probably weasel a copy out of them.. i got F5 free too..

have you tried the Fireworks MX yet?

for the non GD types.. what's the diff between flash and Flash MX.. got a demo?

I looked at the Macromedia site.. didn't see anything mind blowing.

Macromedia has a thing (interactive tour) on their site that highlights all the major new improvements.... it's pretty cool.... in an informative kinda way... :winkwink:

I have been using it since the day the demo was released. it's pretty slick. Especially for someone like me with a strong programming background and absolutely no artistic talent.

Flash MX is nothing more than Flash 6 :) It was called Flash 6 for a little while, then they changed the name to Flash MX.
