i need some business advice-- questions
 

I'm researching & contemplating an idea of mine for an offline/mainstreeam business-- i have some questions, if anyone could help.

I am looking at a commercial property to lease at $13 per sq ft x 1800 sq ft.
that comes out to $23,400. I did not want to look stupid with the realtor, so did not ask, but have no problem asking stupid questions here, lol :winkwink: but is that per month, or for the annual lease term paid in advance??? If that's per month, well fuck it, guess i wont be opening any stores soon, lol.

Ok, i also need a business plan for loans, grants, partners, etc-- does anyone have a great online source for fill in the blank business plans or info on how to write them & what to include, etc

I also need online sources for locating funding via government grants, all the ones i find via googling want me to pay for the information & was hoping to find it elsewere to read & see what my options are

& also, i need to make a decision for paperwork, i need to decide between corp, inc, dba or llc
